The combination of my training as an Industrial designer and my passion for environmental and social impact projects has allowed me to collaborate with a wide range of teams. Designing mass market products for Whirlpool Europe, exclusive furniture for Lucci Orlandini in Milan and kitchens for Bulthaup in London, I’ve gained experience in manufacturing, interior architecture, and mastery in technical excellence. Supporting waste recycling projects in California and Colombia has fuelled my commitment to work towards sustainability in emerging economies and training in eco-building methods in Italy and Kenya has broaden my knowledge in construction. With Takazuri I want to make the best of what I've learned and create products that make sense for people and planet.

During my 20 years of experience as Creative Director, Industrial Designer and Visual Artist I have had the opportunity to collaborate with large multinational corporations (Whirlpool, LG Electronics, 3M, Steelcase) as well as with renowned design studios (Giovannoni, Marcel Wanders, Fabio Novembre). I am passionate about design research and strategy, especially focused on creating positive impact on people and environment. Several of my products are sold globally, and I am proud to have played a crucial role in the success of these brands through my innovative contributions and user centric design solutions.

I am the CEO and Founder of Powerhive, a company implementing profitable rural electrification projects in emerging markets around the world. I am a recognized pioneer of renewable energy consumer products servicing more than two million people over the past 15yrs. A believer in sustainable solutions, I founded TREAD, a company dedicated to upcycling inner tube tires into bags for the EU and US Market. I have extensive work experience in the startup world and have built a rich international network of collaborators. I am a serial entrepreneur and visionaire with experience in product development and manufacture.
